AGT
Soul-Blues singer Charlotte who appeared on Season 14 of AGT 2019 received standing ovations and rave reviews from all judges in her first two rounds.

In the first round, she received a standing ovation from all 4 judges for her rendition of Screamin' Jay Hawkins' I Put a Spell on You. Howie Mandel: "You blew the roof off the house." Gabrielle Union: "Honey, are you sure you're 13, for you've got a depth and a soul." Julianne Hough: "I think your voice is strong. It's powerful." Simon Cowell: "I can see how much you respected the artiste."

In the second round, she received a standing ovation from all 5 judges for her rendition of one of the earliest feminist songs, You don't own me. Guest judge Jay Leno: "I was blown away." Simon Cowell: "We asked all these earlier acts why they were so nervous. Now I understand. Because they have heard you, and are like, 'I might as well just give up now.' Because there is a real rawness to your voice, which I love. This is great. I am really happy."

In a shocking reversal, she was eliminated in her next round, the quarterfinals, not for her singing but for her "terrible song selection".
