Sagar Mashalkar is an upcoming filmmaker from Mumbai, India, who has written-directed one-act plays in Marathi, and is currently studying film direction and production for EDM at the Satyajit Ray Film and Television Institute (SRFTI), Kolkata. His short fiction film 'Greeshmaant' played at the Hyderabad International Short Film Festival (HISFF), in December 2025.
