Saurabh Turakhia

Saurabh Turakhia is a passionate portrait artist who works as a fulltime writer. His art blog contains over 350 portraits of film stars from the early to the present eras. Recognition for his portraits has come from celebrities as well as a variety of newspapers and magazines. His artwork has been exhibited outside Jahangir Art Gallery. Some of his prints have been published on the covers of HT Brunch, and some have been used in the film ‘Shreelancer.’

As a writer, he believes in the power of inspirational stories in offering hope to a range of helpless folks, from slum children to challenged laborers. He has worked as a journalist for a daily and as the editorial assistant with Macmillan Publishers. He is the author of the book, ‘Soul Connection.’
