Alexander Leo Pou is the joint festival director of the Eikhoigi Imphal International Film Festival (EIIFF), former director of the Manipur State Film & Television Institute (MSFTI), and former film facilitation officer (East) of the erstwhile National Film Development Corporation (NFDC), Kolkata branch.
