Maithili Rao is an award winning film critic and book author, who has written for Man’s World, The Hindu, Indian Express, Frontline, Cinema In India, Film Comment, International Film Guide, and the British Film Institute. She is also a member of the editorial board of the South Asian Cinema Foundation.
