Dipsikha Bhagawati is the winner of an Assam State Film Award for Best Film Critic who writes extensively on film and literature for a variety of publications. She is a Govt. of Assam & British Council teacher holding a PhD on TS Eliot. And has served on the preview committee of the Guwahati Asian Film Festival (GAFF), and as a panelist and jury member of the Kautik International Film Festival.
