Organized with support of National Film Development Corporation (NFDC) and the Ministry of I&B, it has [[Monita Borgohain]], IAS, as the honorary festival director, [[Manju Borah]], [[Utpal Borpujari]] and [[Dalton]] as the advisory board members, [[Srinivasa Santhanam]] as the curator, [[Himjyoti Talukdar]] as the creative and communication director, and [[Kishore Kumar Sarma]] as the programming director. The festival takes place at the Jyoti Chitraban Film Studio, Guwahati, Assam, India.
